Responsible for source data documentation and ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. Maintains and updates the Trial Master File (TMF) in compliance with required standards. Handles data management activities, including data entry, verification, and quality checks. Demonstrates familiarity with national and regulatory guidelines governing clinical research. Acts as a liaison between the Principal Investigator (PI), study site, and sponsor to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Develop and maintain strong networks with doctors and corporate clients while conducting field marketing activities and organizing health camps. Generate patient referrals, build strategic tie-ups, and work towards achieving assigned targets. The role requires effective communication skills in Tamil and English.

Handle the inpatient (IP) billing process accurately by preparing and verifying bills based on treatment records. Coordinate with nursing stations and consultants for billing clarifications, process insurance or cashless documentation when required, and ensure timely bill submission for smooth patient discharge. Maintain proper billing records and generate necessary reports.
