Responsible for supporting pharmacy operations and ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions and hospital protocols. Reviews prescriptions for completeness and refers discrepancies or medication-related queries to the senior pharmacist or prescribing doctor. Provides patients with clear instructions on medicine use as prescribed. Maintains medicine stock, monitors expiry dates and ensures appropriate storage conditions. Supports accurate billing, stock updates, inventory reconciliation and pharmacy documentation. Follows medication-safety practices and hospital pharmacy policies. Requires attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts.
