Job Description: Responsible for supporting pharmacy operations and ensuring safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medicines within the hospital. Maintains proper stock and inventory of medicines, monitors expiry dates, and ensures appropriate storage conditions as per hospital standards. Reviews prescriptions for accuracy and coordinates with doctors, nurses, and patients regarding medication-related queries and clarifications. Ensures accurate billing, medication handling, and compliance with hospital pharmacy policies, NABH standards, and regulatory guidelines. Assists in maintaining pharmacy records, stock updates, and inventory reconciliation. Works closely with the pharmacy and healthcare teams to support smooth patient care and efficient pharmacy operations. Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per hospital requirements.
