Physician Assistant

Responsible for supporting physicians in patient assessment, clinical documentation and coordination of care under their supervision. Assists in recording patient histories, monitoring vital signs and preparing patients for examinations and procedures within the scope of training and hospital protocols. Coordinates investigations, consultations and follow-up requirements as directed by the treating physician. Maintains accurate patient records, supports discharge documentation and reinforces care instructions provided by the clinical team. Promptly reports changes in patient condition and follows patient-safety, infection-control and confidentiality protocols. Requires sound clinical knowledge, good communication and teamwork skills, and a patient-focused approach.
