Job Description: Responsible for assessing, planning, and providing physiotherapy treatment to patients with physical impairments, injuries, and movement disorders. Evaluates patients through physical examinations, medical history review, and functional assessments. Develops individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function. Provides therapy for post-surgical recovery, musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Monitors patient progress and modifies treatment plans as required. Educates patients and families on preventive care, posture correction, and therapeutic exercises. Works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintains accurate medical records and adheres to clinical protocols and regulatory standards within the hospital setting.
