Responsible for assisting anaesthesiologists during surgical, emergency and critical care procedures. Prepares and checks anaesthesia machines, monitors and related equipment, and ensures the availability of required drugs, consumables and airway equipment. Assists in patient preparation, positioning and monitoring under clinical supervision. Maintains anaesthesia equipment, operation theatre readiness and infection-control standards. Ensures accurate equipment records, stock maintenance and documentation. Requires sound knowledge of anaesthesia equipment and patient monitoring, the ability to work effectively in emergency and operation theatre environments, and good communication and teamwork skills.
