Job Description: Responsible for assessing patients’ nutritional needs and developing individualized diet plans to support treatment and recovery. Evaluates patients through nutritional assessments, medical history review, and dietary analysis. Provides medical nutrition therapy for conditions such as diabetes, renal disorders, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, and other clinical conditions. Monitors patient progress and modifies diet plans as required to achieve optimal health outcomes. Educates patients and families on healthy eating habits, therapeutic diets, and lifestyle modifications. Works closely with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintains accurate patient records and adheres to hospital protocols and regulatory standards within the clinical setting.
