About
Physiotherapy Clinic
Physiotherapy, also called Physical Therapy, is an important step in rehabilitative healthcare, so that the body’s normal functions are strengthened and the individual can get back to regular activities after an adverse event.
A physiotherapist evaluates, manages and helps restore physical function in different parts of the body through various methods such as exercise, massage, heat and cold therapy, electric therapy among others.
The aim is pain reduction and improved mobility so that patients can pursue a healthy and independent lifestyle.
At Hindu Mission Hospital’s Physiotherapy Clinic, we focus on pain relief and on getting our patients back on their feet following major surgery, road or work-related accidents, chronic illnesses or degenerative disorders (among elderly persons).
Our physiotherapists work with patients of all ages to provide physical therapy for specific conditions such as bone and joint-related problems, cardiac issues, congenital abnormalities, spinal cord disorders/injuries, trauma-related problems such as brain injuries, limb fractures and muscle tears.
